Terms and Condition for staying at Dolphinity Apartments, Wirra Drive,

Newport, Port Adelaide

 

Check in and out 

Properties will be available from 14.00 on the day of arrival.

Please vacate the property by 10.00 (am) on day of departure.

We will do our best to accommodate arrivals and departures outside of these times.  Please contact us.

 

Payment

To secure a booking, a 10% (of the total cost of the stay) deposit is required at the time of booking. This needs to be on credit card.

For stays of up to 4 weeks, full payment will be required not less than 2 weeks prior to the first day of occupancy.

For stays longer than 4 weeks, the first four weeks must be paid up-front as above. For the 5th and subsequent weeks,  payment one week in advance of each week's stay will be the norm.

A loss or damage bond of 1 week's rent will be required for bookings of 4 weeks or more, payable not less than 2 weeks prior to first day of occupancy. This will be refunded in full within 7 days of vacating the property if there have been no losses or damages.

If losses or damages occur, the value of the loss or damage will be deducted from the loss or damage bond and the landlord will provide a copy of the receipt(s) to the guest(s).  If the costs of the loss or damage exceed the amount of the bond, the balance is payable by the guest(s).

Cancellation

·         Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to first day of occupancy - full deposit will be refunded.

·         Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks prior to first day of occupancy - 50% of deposit will be refunded.

·         Cancellation between 2 and 1 weeks prior to first day of occupancy - no deposit will be refunded.

·         Cancellation  1 week or less prior to first day of occupancy - no refund of any monies paid (excluding loss or damage bond).

If we can re-let the property for the cancelled dates, a full refund  will be given in all circumstances.

The Loss and damage bond (if paid) will be refunded in the event of any cancellation.

If you fail to pay the balance by the due date (2 weeks prior to booking) we reserve the right to cancel your booking and keep your deposit.

 

Noise

Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 11.00pm and 7am.

Unreasonable, excessive noise is not acceptable at any time.

 

Disclaimers

The owners of Dolphinity Apartments accept no responsibility or liability for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects of guests.

Guests should ensure they have adequate insurances to cover their personal belongings.

  

Other

There is no smoking in the apartment or on the balcony.

There are no pets allowed in the apartment or on the balcony.

Gas, electricity and water are included in the tariff.

By arrangement, the owners (and their agents) reserve the right to enter the apartment to carry out inspections or maintenance.

We endeavor to make sure the apartment is in excellent condition. Please report and damages, breakages or other issues immediately.

Please leave the apartment clean and tidy.

There must be no sub-letting of this apartment.
